This tells us what is on the property today and what you want the finished result to do. It is not a design exercise — where equipment goes and what gear to buy is our job, not yours.
The first page ends with a short checklist. Whatever you check there opens those sections and nothing else, so a single TV mount stays about five minutes and a whole property runs closer to fifteen.
Nothing here is required. Skip anything you want. “Not sure” and “doesn’t apply” are real answers, and a blank is a perfectly good answer too — we confirm all of it when we walk the property. Expect to get some of the “what you have” answers wrong. That is fine.
